Product Description

Get your mental gears spinning with this bending, clicking, shape-shifting brainteaser!

Moving from one challenge card to the next, it's up to you to fold this connected collection of sixteen colorful gears into the perfect positions that match each image.

Start out with the first card and it might seem easy. But keep on working through medium, hard, and extra hard - "Wait, if this color's here, then how can that one be way up there?"

It's not long before your synapses are in a jam and you're forced to shift to a higher gear of thinking!

And that's just with the color gears...

Flip Coggy over to reveal gears of alternating black and white and then find one of the black and white challenge cards.

With almost no frame of reference, you're sent clicking and folding into an intense trial-and-error conundrum!

"Whew! Now THAT'S tough!" - Need to take a break from the mental workout? - With its clicking movements and 255-degree flexibility, this brainteaser doubles as a great fidget toy, too.

Quite difficult to move and rearrange many of the cogs. Makes it difficult/impossible to complete some configurations.

I bought this as an Xmas gift for my Autistic 6 Year old son. I'd be happy to give a better product review once it's opened and used.

I think it would be fun for an older child because it seems stiff and hard to manipulate for a 7 year old. The concept is good especially for people who like the challenge of finding patterns or following visual directions.

This was much more difficult then I'd expected. I think once you get accustomed to how the pieces move it is a bit easier, but my 10 year old was frustrated. I'm sure it's better for older kids/ adults.

Great concept but poorly constructed. Broke the first time my Granddaughter played with it.

I bought Coggy for my 9 year old granddaughter, Harper. She enjoys handling mechanical gadgets and seems to really like this product.

    Very Cool

When we first got this it seemed impossible. We were kind of hating it. I finally realized that all of notches need get loose or it doesn't move very well. I think that is the trick to be able to maneuver it easily. It is definitely challenging and rewarding. I bought this for my eight year old daughter and we both really like it. The picture book that comes with it is really nice too. It is small enough to bring anywhere but the puzzle pictures are easy to see and follow. I definitely recommend this but make sure you loosen it up before you try to do the puzzles. We had no idea that the notches moved so much when we first started playing with it. It was very stiff.

Purchased this gift for my 6-year-old niece. She loves the colors and patterns and enjoys figuring out how they fit together. Best of all, her mom who is a teacher is thrilled with this "toy." Personally, I have always loved giving toys that stimulate the mind and Coggy does just that! Great purchase!!

My 9 year old grandson said he'd give it a 5.

Christmas was such a busy time that I could only ask my 9 - year old grandson what he thought of Coggy a couple of weeks later. He seemed very pleased with it and said he would give it a 5. I like that it is compact, very neat and pretty, and looked like something that would be interesting to be involved with.

    Awesome toy for adults, too!

I am a 52 year old with a tbi so am always looking for brain teasing puzzles and games to challenge myself with. Coggy is great because it has varying levels of difficulty and it's small enough to take with you anywhere. It's a great fidgety puzzle that really makes you think. It's definitely not just for kids.

It has lot of combinations that keep children busy. Really liked it. But I feel, circles are bit tight and it's hard to move around. Need to put some energy to pull circles around

The toy was very stiff and very hard to play with. It pitches fingers too.

We purchased Coggy as a gift for our 9 yr old nephew. He is extremely bright but often becomes bored with games and toys. Coggy has provided him with lots of creative opportunities and so far, has kept his interest and allowed him to develop his focus. We recommend Coggy for any children in this age range and feel certain they too will enjoy all of the different ways they can think of to play with Coggy and develop their creativity.

I purchased this toy for my boyfriends son who turned 7. I was looking for something different and thought this looked like fun. So far he hasn't even opened it but he has only been here a few times since then. Im sure it is a great toy and gets their brains working. I just maybe ordered something he wont be into which is a real bummer. I think I will get one for each of my older girls though, might be more to their liking.

    Age Appropriateness for Coggy

NOTE: The orange color in the chart above indicate ages that are LESS than the manufacturer suggested age. Please purchase at your discretion if your child is younger than 6 years of age.
